What does the NANO IPTV service include?
You get access to the full NANO IPTV line-up of live channels across sports, news, films, kids, music, lifestyle and international programming, delivered as an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login. The current catalog is listed on our channels page and is updated as it changes.
How much does an IPTV subscription cost?
It depends on how long you subscribe for. Plans run from 2 to 24 months, and the longer you commit the lower the monthly rate becomes. Every plan price on this page is shown as a total and as a monthly equivalent, so you can compare them directly.
How many devices can I watch on at the same time?
The base price of every plan covers exactly one device, meaning one screen streams at a time. If you need more screens, each additional device is added at 75% of the plan base price, up to five devices in total. Just tell us how many devices you need when you order.
Do I need a satellite dish or special equipment?
No. IPTV streams over your existing internet connection. If you have a WiFi connection and a screen — a TV, phone, tablet or laptop — you already have everything you need. There is no dish, no antenna and no technician visit, just an app and your login.
Which devices and apps are supported?
Any player that accepts an M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials works, including TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, VLC, Kodi and OTT Navigator. On TV that covers Firestick, Apple TV, MAG boxes and Samsung and LG Smart TVs, plus iOS and Android devices. Per-device setup guides are in our setup section.
How do I place an order?
Every order is handled over WhatsApp. Message us with the plan you want and the number of devices, and we will send you the payment details. There is no card form and no automated checkout, so you can ask a question before you pay.
How fast does my subscription activate?
Subscriptions activate once the transfer is confirmed, typically within a few hours during business days. Because activation is manual, you get a direct message from us when your login is ready rather than an email you might miss.
Does it work outside my home country?
Yes. IPTV works worldwide. As long as you have a stable internet connection you can watch from any country, and our edge network keeps latency low wherever you are.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and there are no cancellation fees. If the service does not work for you, contact support within 7 days of payment and we will refund you in full.
Do you log what I watch?
No. We do not log viewing history, channel changes or device identifiers beyond what is needed to authenticate the M3U endpoint. Our privacy policy documents exactly what is stored and for how long.
