Three things you need before following any guide below.
Your credentials
After purchase, you'll receive a username, password, and server URL by email. Keep that email — it has everything you need.
Stable internet
Minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Test at speedtest.net. Ethernet is always better than Wi-Fi for live TV.
10 minutes of your time
You only set this up once. After that, each device syncs automatically. Most setups take under 5 minutes.

What your network needs.
25+ Mbps for HD
Most HD channels need ~5 Mbps. 4K HDR streams need 25 Mbps sustained. Run a speed test before troubleshooting buffering.
Ethernet over Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is fine for HD, but 4K HDR benefits from a wired connection. If you must use Wi-Fi, use the 5 GHz band.
VPN recommended
A reputable VPN protects your privacy and avoids ISP throttling. We don't require it, but it's good practice for any streaming.
DNS matters
If channels fail to load, try changing your DNS to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8). Some ISPs block default DNS lookups.
Quick fixes for common problems.
95% of issues are solved by one of these fixes. If yours isn't listed, contact support.
Buffering or stuttering
Try a different channel to rule out a source issue. Check your internet speed (25+ Mbps for 4K). Use ethernet instead of Wi-Fi. If on VPN, try a different server location.
EPG not showing
Make sure the EPG URL is set in your player settings. In TiviMate: Settings → EPG → EPG Sources → Add. Restart the app to trigger a fresh sync.
Wrong channels or missing content
Double-check your M3U URL or Xtream credentials. Make sure you're logged into the correct account. Our channel list updates daily — missing channels may have been reorganised.
No audio / wrong audio track
Enable AC3 / EAC3 passthrough in your device audio settings. Some HD streams carry surround audio; if your device doesn't support it, switch to the stereo audio track.
App crashes on launch
Update the app to the latest version. Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → [App] → Storage → Clear Cache). If it persists, switch to an alternative player from our list.
Connection drops or timeout
Check your network stability. Try a different DNS (1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8). If using a VPN, switch servers. On MAG boxes, verify you're using HTTP (not HTTPS) on older models.
M3U URL not loading
Open the URL directly in a browser — it should download a .m3u file. If you see an error, your credentials may be wrong. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll regenerate them.
"Server unreachable" on Xtream Codes
Verify the server URL doesn't have a trailing slash. Make sure you're using the full URL including "https://". Check that your subscription hasn't expired — your subscription email shows the expiry date.
