Terms of service

NANO IPTV(“the service”, “we”, “us”) provides access to a curated line-up of live television channels, video on demand, and an electronic program guide, delivered over the public internet using the M3U and Xtream Codes formats.

By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials with people outside your household. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, regenerate them from your dashboard immediately.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or rebroadcast the streams.
• Use the service to facilitate copyright infringement.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication on the M3U or Xtream endpoints.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions are prepaid. Card and cryptocurrency payments activate automatically on confirmation. Manual bank transfers activate after the transfer is confirmed, typically within a few hours during business days.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not work for you, contact support within 30 days of payment and we will refund the full amount. The full refund policy is documented here.

We target 99.9% uptime, measured monthly. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or category will be available at any specific time — the line-up is updated continuously. If a channel is consistently unavailable, contact support and we will either fix it or remove it from the line-up.

We may update these terms. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. If you believe a suspension was issued in error, contact us.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NANO IPTV is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
