Terms of service

NANO IPTV(“the service”, “we”, “us”) provides access to a curated line-up of live television channels, video on demand, and an electronic program guide, delivered over the public internet using the M3U and Xtream Codes formats.

By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your M3U URL or Xtream Codes login with people outside your household. The number of simultaneous streams is limited by your plan.

We use Supabase Auth and email-based magic links. There are no passwords to forget. If you lose access to your email, contact support and we will work with you to verify your identity and restore access.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your credentials, except where caused by our own negligence.

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the period you select. Payment is arranged in the WhatsApp chat when you place your order — typically by bank transfer — and is confirmed before your subscription is activated. Renewals are re-agreed in the chat before the renewal date. There is no automated card or crypto billing.

Prices are listed in EUR. Your bank may charge a foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fee; this is between you and your bank. We do not control and are not responsible for such fees.

If a payment is not completed, your subscription is not activated and your order remains pending. No recurring charges are ever taken automatically.

You agree not to:

• Resell, rebroadcast, or redistribute the streams without written authorisation from us.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, geo-restrictions, or any other security measure.
• Interfere with the service, our infrastructure, or other users’ use of it.
• Share your credentials publicly, with strangers, or on any sharing platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the service.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the service or its output.

We do not have a content quota or fair-use cap. We do, however, rate-limit the M3U endpoint to prevent abuse. If you are a heavy household user, contact us and we will raise your limit.

The service, including its branding, interface design, documentation, and software, is owned by NANO IPTV and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Channel logos, programme metadata, and EPG data are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or with permission. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly. We do not guarantee any specific channel at any specific time — the line-up is updated continuously. If a channel is consistently unavailable, contact support and we will either fix it or remove it from the line-up.

Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via email or the service status page. Unscheduled downtime caused by force majeure events (see section 14) is excluded from uptime calculations.

Live status, including the trailing 90-day uptime per service, is shared with subscribers on request via our support.

Our privacy policy documents exactly what data we collect and how we handle it. The short version: we collect the minimum data needed to keep the service running. We do not log what you watch.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree with a change, you may terminate your account before the effective date and receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. If you believe a suspension was issued in error, contact us and we will review the matter promptly.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining period unless you are within your 7-day guarantee window (see our refund policy).

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. We will retain your data as described in our privacy policy and delete it upon request where legally permissible.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If a dispute arises between you and NANO IPTV, we encourage you to contact us first. Most issues can be resolved informally via email at legal@nanoiptv.com.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings in accordance with the governing law specified below. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation, unless injunctive relief is urgently required.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the Member State in which you are domiciled.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, power failures, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.

These terms, together with our privacy policy and refund policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NANO IPTV regarding the service. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
