DMCA notice and takedown

Effective from January 1, 2026

1. Filing a notice

If you believe that content accessible through the service infringes your copyright, you may file a notice of claimed infringement. The notice must be in writing and include the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  3. Your contact information — name, address, telephone, and email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Submitting a notice

Submit the notice through the form below. It posts to legal@nano-iptv.example and is reviewed by a human within one business day.

Title and a description of the work you claim.

Type your full legal name as your signature.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district.

4. Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
