DMCA notice and takedown
Effective from January 1, 2026
1. Filing a notice
If you believe that content accessible through the service infringes your copyright, you may file a notice of claimed infringement. The notice must be in writing and include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Submitting a notice
Submit the notice through the form below. It posts to legal@nano-iptv.example and is reviewed by a human within one business day.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district.
4. Repeat infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
