Refunds

If the service does not work for you, contact support within 30 days of payment and we will refund the full amount. No forms, no questions, no fine print.

1. Email support@nano-iptv.example from the address on your account.
2. Include the order or payment reference.
3. Optionally tell us what went wrong — it helps us fix it.

We process refunds within seven business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

We may still issue a refund after 30 days on a case-by-case basis, particularly for service outages or extended periods where the service was unavailable. Contact support.

For cryptocurrency payments, the refund is denominated in the same coin and sent to the wallet address that initiated the payment. We do not refund to a different coin or a different address.

For manual bank transfers, the refund is sent to the same bank account that originated the transfer. We will need the IBAN on file.
