Privacy and IPTV: what your provider can and cannot see

June 14, 2026NANO IPTV
PrivacyPolicy

Privacy is the most over-marketed and least-understood topic in IPTV. The conversation usually collapses into two extremes: "providers see everything" and "providers see nothing." The truth is in the middle.

What a provider can technically see

  • Your IP address at the time of every connection.
  • The channel you are currently watching.
  • When you connected and when you disconnected.
  • How much data you have streamed.

What we log

Authentication events: who logged in, when, and from which IP. We keep these for 30 days for abuse investigation and then delete them. We do not log channel selections, viewing duration, or any per-stream metadata.

What we do not log

Channel switches, viewing duration, EPG queries, search history, or anything else that would let us reconstruct what you watched. We cannot, for example, produce a "watch history" for a user — the data to build it does not exist in our system.

What we collect at signup

An email address. That is it. No phone number, no address, no name. The email is required for account recovery and payment receipts. We do not sell, share, or rent it.

Payment data

Card payments are handled by Pay4Work — we never see the card number, the CVV, or the expiration date. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments — we receive a payment reference, not your wallet. Manual bank transfers are received into a bank account, with the transfer reference being the only information we store.

How to verify

The privacy policy on this site is the binding document. If you ever want to know exactly what we store, ask us — we will tell you. If you ever want your data deleted, ask us — we will delete it within seven days.
